1. Use License

a. Grant of License: Driver Certified LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the mobile app and website for your personal or business use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

b. Restrictions: You are not allowed to:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, except as expressly allowed under these terms;
• Attempt to compile or reverse engineer any software contained on Driver Certified LLC's website or app;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

2. Service Limitations:We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

The content, features, functionality, and design elements of the app and website are and will remain the exclusive property of Driver Certified LLC and its licensors. The intellectual property rights are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
